Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the online gambling services provided under the Europe 777 configuration of the Europe 777 brand via the website https://europe777.bet ("Website"), operated in the United Kingdom by Continental Gaming UK Ltd ("Operator"). Effective date: 1 January 2025, last updated: 6 November 2025.
By accessing, registering an account, depositing funds or placing a bet on the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms together with the Bonus Policy, the Privacy and Cookie Policy, the Responsible Gaming information at https://europe777.bet/responsible-gaming/, and any game-specific rules displayed on the Website. International licences held by related group entities (including Curaçao eGaming licence 8048/JAZ and Malta Gaming Authority approvals) do not apply to your use of europe777.bet from the UK.

Account Registration
Eligibility and Restrictions
- Age and capacity: You may only open an Account if you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and physically located in the United Kingdom when using the Services. The Operator may perform age and identity checks and will close any Account where underage gambling is identified and void bets and forfeit winnings as required by law.
- Single account: You must register only one Account with the Operator for the Europe 777 configuration of europe777.bet. Duplicate, shared, or third-party Accounts are prohibited and may be closed, with bonuses cancelled and, in cases of fraud or abuse, winnings withheld in line with UKGC requirements.
- Location and self-exclusion: The Services are intended for UK players only. If you are registered with GamStop, or any other relevant self-exclusion scheme integrated with the Website, you must not create an Account or use an existing Account. The Operator will use reasonable efforts to identify and block self-excluded individuals, but you remain responsible for providing accurate information.
Registration Process and KYC
- Account creation: To register, you must provide accurate and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, address, email address, and other details requested on the registration form. You must confirm your email via verification link where required.
- Verification: The Operator is required by UK law to verify your identity, age and, where relevant, source of funds. You may be asked to provide documents such as a copy of your passport or driving licence, proof of address (e.g. utility bill or bank statement) and evidence of income or wealth. Electronic checks with third-party databases and credit reference agencies may also be used.
- Timing and account access: The Operator may, in line with UKGC rules, restrict or suspend your ability to deposit, place bets or withdraw until KYC checks are satisfactorily completed. If verification cannot be completed, the Account may be closed and any Real Money Balance returned (subject to AML requirements and any legitimate charges or chargebacks).
User Obligations and Account Security
- Accuracy of data: You must keep your registration details up to date. Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information, or using another person's identity or payment method without permission, is a serious breach and may lead to suspension, closure of your Account and notification to relevant authorities.
- Username and password: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must not share your Account or allow anyone else to access it. The Operator is entitled to assume that any action taken through your Account using your credentials has been undertaken by you.
- Security incidents: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed by a third party, you must immediately change your password and contact customer support at [email protected] or via live chat. The Operator may temporarily suspend the Account while investigating.
- Responsible use: You must only gamble with money you can afford to lose and should make use of the responsible gambling tools available on the Website, including deposit limits, time-outs, self-exclusion and reality checks.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing Bets and Game Participation
- Offer and acceptance: A Bet is deemed placed when you confirm your stake and the system registers the Bet. A Bet is accepted when it is recorded in the Operator's transaction log and a confirmation is displayed on your screen. If a discrepancy arises between your screen and the Operator's records, the latter will prevail, subject to fair and reasonable review.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game has specific minimum and maximum stakes, clearly displayed within the Game interface. You must not place Bets that exceed your available Real Money or, where permitted, Bonus Funds balance.
- Currency: For UK players under the Europe 777 configuration, all Bets and account balances are maintained in pounds sterling (GBP), unless explicitly stated otherwise in a particular promotion or Game.
- Game rules: Each Game is subject to its own rules, paytables and instructions supplied by the software provider and made available within the Game. By playing, you acknowledge that you have read and understood those rules.
Cancellation and Modification of Bets
- Irrevocability: Once a Bet has been accepted by the system, it generally cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. In exceptional circumstances, and at the Operator's sole discretion, a Bet may be voided if there is a clear error, malfunction or regulatory requirement.
- System errors: If due to a technical fault, misconfiguration, or obvious error (including incorrect odds, paytables or Game behaviour) a Bet is accepted or a payout calculated in a way that is clearly incorrect, the Operator may declare the Bet void and reverse any affected transactions. In such cases, the original stake will normally be returned to your Real Money Balance.
- Interrupted play: If your connection is interrupted during a Game, the Game's rules and the Operator's logs will determine whether the Bet stands or is void. Completed Bets remain valid and their outcomes will be reflected in your Account when you reconnect.
Player Conduct and Use of Services
- Fair play: You must not engage in any form of cheating, collusion, use of bots or automated systems, exploitation of software errors, arbitrage, chip dumping, or other behaviour that gives you an unfair advantage or undermines the integrity of the Games.
- Live casino and chat rules: Where chat or interaction features are available (for example in live casino Games), you must not post content that is abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate. Advertising, spamming, or soliciting other Players is prohibited.
- Fraud and unlawful activity: You must not use the Website or Services for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing or fraudulent activity. The Operator may monitor transactions, report suspicious activity to authorities, and suspend or close Accounts where required.
- Game integrity: Random Number Generators ("RNGs") used by the platform's software providers are independently tested. As of June 2023, the RNGs used on the Website have been audited by iTech Labs and confirmed to meet applicable UKGC technical standards; this certification remains valid during 2025, and a copy is available on request from customer support.
Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions
- Supplementary policy: All Bonuses and promotions offered via the Europe 777 configuration of europe777.bet are governed by these Terms and by the detailed conditions in the dedicated Bonus Policy. In the event of inconsistency, the more specific Bonus terms for a promotion will prevail to the extent permitted by UK law.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are generally available only to registered Players with a verified Account located in the UK, and may be restricted by factors such as previous bonus usage, responsible gambling status, and self-exclusion. The Operator may offer personalised or targeted promotions at its discretion.
- Bonus crediting: A Bonus will be credited to your Account only after you meet the activation criteria (for example, entering a bonus code, making a qualifying deposit, or opting in through the promotion page) within the specified timeframe.
Wagering Requirements and Game Contributions
- Wagering requirements: Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The required number of times you must wager the Bonus, and any associated deposit, will be clearly displayed in the relevant promotion. For example, a "30x Bonus" requirement means the Bonus amount must be wagered thirty times.
- Real Money and Bonus Funds: In most cases, your Real Money Balance is used first when placing a Bet, followed by Bonus Funds. Winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be credited as Bonus Funds until wagering requirements are met, after which they may become withdrawable Real Money.
- Game weighting: Different Games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. For example, slot Games may contribute 100%, while table Games or live casino Games may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all. The contribution table is set out in the Bonus Policy and/or the specific promotion terms.
- Time limits: Unless otherwise specified, Bonuses must be used and wagering requirements completed within the timeframe stated in the promotion (for example, 30 days from the date of crediting, or 7 days for free spins issued during 2025). Unused Bonuses and any associated winnings may be removed after expiry.
Prohibited Actions and Bonus Abuse
- Restricted Games and stakes: Certain Games may be excluded from Bonus play or may be subject to maximum Bet limits when using Bonus Funds (for example, a maximum of £5 per spin or 10% of the Bonus amount, whichever is lower), as stated in the Bonus Policy and promotion terms. Placing Bets above the permitted maximum or on excluded Games may result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and related winnings.
- Abuse and irregular play: Practices such as low-risk betting, hedging, collusion, using multiple Accounts, or deliberately delaying play outcomes to take advantage of Bonus mechanics may be considered Bonus abuse. Where the Operator reasonably suspects abuse, it may withhold or cancel Bonuses, remove winnings derived from such activity, and close or restrict the Account in line with UKGC guidance.
- Combining promotions: Unless explicitly permitted, Bonuses and other promotions cannot be combined or stacked. Only one active Welcome Bonus or new-player offer may apply to your first deposits under the Europe 777 configuration, and some promotions may not be available to Players who have already benefited from certain offers.
Refunds and Bonus Adjustments
- Void and cancelled transactions: If a Bet placed using Bonus Funds is subsequently voided due to Game malfunction, error or regulatory requirement, the Bet may be reversed and the Bonus Funds restored, or the transaction removed entirely, so that your balance reflects the position as if the Bet had not occurred.
- Discretionary adjustments: The Operator may, acting reasonably and in compliance with consumer protection rules, adjust or withdraw a Bonus where necessary to correct an error or to comply with law or regulatory guidance. Material changes will be communicated as set out in the "Changes to Terms" section.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Payment methods: The Operator offers various deposit methods appropriate for UK players, which may include debit cards, selected e-wallets, bank transfers and, where permitted under UK law and payment provider rules, other regulated payment services. Credit cards (including those linked to e-wallets) may not be used for gambling transactions where prohibited by UK regulation.
- Deposit limits and fees: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each payment method are shown on the cashier page. The Operator does not generally charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may apply charges, which are your responsibility.
- Availability of funds: Deposited funds are usually credited to your Account immediately, but minor delays may occur due to banking or network issues. Funds are considered received only when they are credited to your Account's Real Money Balance.
- Source of funds and ownership: You must only deposit using payment instruments (such as debit cards or e-wallets) held in your own name. The Operator may request evidence that you are the legitimate owner of the payment method and of the funds used.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawal methods and process: Withdrawals are, where possible, made via the same payment method used to deposit (the "closed-loop" principle). The minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, as well as any special conditions, are displayed in the cashier section.
- Verification requirements: Before processing a withdrawal, the Operator may require completion of KYC and AML checks, including confirmation of identity, address and source of funds. Failure to provide requested documents may result in delays or cancellation of withdrawals and potential Account closure, subject to the safe return of any Real Money Balance.
- Processing times: The Operator aims to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 1-2 Business Days after approval. Actual receipt of funds will depend on your payment provider and may take additional Business Days.
- Withdrawal restrictions: Withdrawals of funds that are subject to wagering requirements or active Bonuses may be restricted until those requirements are met or the Bonus is forfeited, in accordance with the relevant Bonus terms and UK consumer protection rules.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Crypto
- Refunds: Deposits will generally not be refunded once used for gambling. In limited circumstances, and subject to AML rules and responsible gambling considerations, the Operator may agree to a refund of unused Real Money deposits upon request. Bonuses and associated winnings are non-refundable except as required by law or where a Bet is voided due to an error.
- Chargebacks: You must not request chargebacks or reverse transactions without valid legal grounds. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to immediate suspension or closure of your Account, recovery of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.
- Crypto and alternative methods: Where the Operator offers cryptocurrency or other alternative payment methods for UK players during 2025, such services will be provided only through regulated partners and subject to specific additional terms. Exchange rate fluctuations, network fees and processing times associated with such methods are at your risk, and balances will be converted to GBP for gambling purposes where required.
- No interest and segregation: The Operator is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on funds held in your Account. Player funds are managed in accordance with UKGC rules on customer funds; further information on the level of protection is available on the Website and the UKGC portal.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
- Fairness and integrity: The Operator is committed to providing a fair, transparent and secure gambling environment. Games are supplied by reputable providers whose RNGs have been tested and certified (including the June 2023 iTech Labs audit, valid through 2025), and the Operator complies with relevant UKGC technical standards.
- Service availability: The Operator will use reasonable endeavours to keep the Website and Services available and functioning correctly. However, maintenance, upgrades, security updates or unforeseen technical issues may require temporary suspension of Services, during which access may be limited.
- Accuracy of information: While the Operator tries to ensure that information on the Website (including Game rules and promotional details) is accurate and up to date, occasional errors or omissions may occur. In such cases, the Operator will rectify the error as soon as reasonably practicable and treat Players fairly when resolving affected Bets or promotions.
Exclusions and Limits
- Technical failures: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from failures of telecommunications, internet connectivity, computer equipment, software, or other systems outside its reasonable control. Completed Bets reflected in the Operator's records remain valid despite connection interruptions.
- Indirect and consequential loss: The Operator is not responsible for any indirect, consequential or special loss or damage, including loss of profits, business, or data, arising out of your use of the Website or Services, except where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
- Maximum liability: Subject always to mandatory legal rights, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or Services (whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise) shall not exceed the higher of (i) your net Real Money losses on the Website over the preceding 30 days, and (ii) the amount of the Bet or transaction in dispute.
- Non-excludable liability: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Operator's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales or applicable consumer protection legislation.
- Responsible gambling: The Operator provides tools and information to support responsible gambling, including deposit limits, time-outs, self-exclusion (including integration with GamStop), and information on third-party support organisations such as GamCare, BeGambleAware and Gamblers Anonymous. However, the Operator cannot be held responsible for financial or other consequences resulting from your gambling decisions where you fail to use the tools provided or disregard advice.

- Reverse engineering and interference: You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise tamper with the software, security features or technical infrastructure of the Website or Games. Interfering with the normal operation of the Services, including data scraping or automated access, is strictly prohibited.
- Third-party rights: You must not upload, transmit or otherwise make available through the Website any content that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties. You will be liable for any damage or claims arising from such infringement.

Your Options in Case of Changes
- Acceptance: Continued use of the Website or Services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. You should review the Terms regularly to stay informed.
- Disagreement: If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the Services, close your Account and, where permitted, request withdrawal of your Real Money Balance. In such cases, your use of the Services will remain governed by the last version of the Terms you accepted, to the extent compatible with applicable law.

Termination or Suspension by the Operator
- Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, or restrict access to the Services, where it reasonably believes that: - you have breached these Terms, the Bonus Policy or any Game rules; - you have engaged in fraud, collusion, cheating or Bonus abuse; - you have used another person's identity or payment method without permission; - you have provided false or misleading information, or failed to complete required KYC or AML checks; - there are concerns about your gambling behaviour that require intervention, including responsible gambling measures; or - it is required to do so by law, regulation, court order or direction from the UKGC or another competent authority.
- Consequences: In cases of suspension, you may be prevented from depositing, betting or withdrawing until the issue is resolved. In cases of closure, the Operator will, subject to AML and fraud considerations, pay out any remaining Real Money Balance that is lawfully due to you. Bonuses and related winnings may be forfeited where closure results from serious breaches, fraud or abuse, in line with consumer protection rules.
